Joseph Cannon that died in 1807 is my 4th grandfather. He had a son Joseph Cannon that first married Harty, they had at least 2 children (Morgan) Elisha Cannon and Roxanna Cannon. Joseph Cannon 2nd married Rachel Huyck and they moved to Dane County, Wisconsin about 1830-1840. Both died there.

I didn’t know there were 2 Ebenezer’s buried there. An Ebenezer Cannon was the father of Joseph Cannon that died in 1807. Ebenezer disappeared after the 1790 Census of Southwick, MA. One of the graves could be his.

There's no stone for Ebenezer Cannon. His remains are in the Cannonsville section, area 3, Pepacton cemetery, section 65, grave 22.

Gravesite Details

Originally buried in Cannonsville Cemetery, Cannonsville, Delaware, NY. Remains were disinterred and moved to Pepacton Cemmetery in 1963 during the construction of the Cannonsville Reservoir.
