Besides his wife he is survived by his mother, six children, Miss Mary E.J. Francis, Charles T., James R., John W. and George H. Morath, all of Utica; four brothers, Henry and Brother Alexius of Rensselaer, Charles of Portland, OR and Frank of Utica; one sister, Mrs. Leo M. Firsching of Utica.
