Mrs. Ella Rose Glossip, 91, died at 9:15 p.m. Monday in her home in Ponce de Leon. She is survived by six sons, Clarence of Springfield, Ernest, Herbert and Curtis of Ponce de Leon, Joe of Spokane, and Jim of Highlandville; three daughters, Mrs. Mattie Solomon, Ponce de Leon, Mrs. Grace Ross, Springfield, and Mrs. Gladys Melton, Kilgore, Tex.; two half-sisters, Mrs. Artie Venard, Centralia, Wash. and Mrs. Carrie Eutsler, Ponce de Leon; 24 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Baptist Church at Ponce de Leon with the rev. Tommy Bilyeu officiating. Burial will be in Ponce de Leon Cemetery under direction of Harris of Ozark.
