Rollin L. "Ron" Adams, Lawrenceville, IL, died May 10, 2005, at his residence. He was 55. Born in Huntington, WV, on January 02, 1950, he was the son of Junior Lee Adams and Gertrude Olga Vandre Adams. He married Paula Adams of Milwaukee, WI, and she survives. He was a 1968 graduate of Lawrenceville High School; earned a BS from Eastern IL University and MS from East Tennessee State University and worked in Public Health. He was a member of the Moose and Elks Club; volunteer his time to the Lawrence County Health Dept. and attended Our Saviors Lutheran Church. Survivors include his wife of Milwaukee, WI; two sons, Scott Adams and wife Erica of Celebration, FL and Ryan Adams of Booneville, MO; one step-son, Joseph Rahn of Milwaukee, WI; two sisters, Sonja Adams of Terre Haute, IN and Susan Roush and husband Kevin of Kennewick, WA; one step-sister, Cathy Berkshire of Bridgeport; two grandchildren. Drew and Cameron Adams; nieces and nephews, Laura Gravitt Stout, Randa Gravitt Ison, Trey Bolinger, Aimee Rouse Mendoza, Tonya Roush; special uncle, Ed Barnes of Jacksonville, IL. A memorial service was held Saturday, May 14, 2005, at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, IL. Burial was in the Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Jacksonville, IL.
