William Blencoe, 63, formerly of Kelsey, died this morning at his home, 49 Moeller Street. He is survived by a brother, henry Blencoe of johnson City; four sisters, Mrs. Mna Hancock of Montrose, Colo., Mrs. Warner Moore of Schnevus, Mrs. Grace Reynolds of John City, and Mrs. Albert Hoagland of Hancock. The body was remove to the Ivan A. Barber & Son Funeral Home, 428 Main Street, Johnson City, where it will remain until Monday morning when it will be taken to the Cannonsville Methodist Church.
