The nearly illegible name of the husband of Ms. Graves is Parker Hastings, son of Moses Hastings of Amherst, MA and Elizabeth Parker of Wilmington (who is herself also buried in Riverview Cemetery). I suspect the prefix in advance of Parker’s first name is the abbreviation of a title—probably “Dea.” (Deacon) rather than “Dan.”
After their marriage, Parker and Martha Hastings lived in Wilmington through the early decades of the 19th century, until her death in January 1837. Parker then moved back to Amherst, MA and remarried six months later to Mary Ann Dickinson, no relation to Martha that I have yet uncovered. Parker and Martha’s son Oratia D. Hastings, after beginning his career as a lawyer in Wilmington, followed his father to Massachusetts.
