BURGHILL - John N. Weeks, 70, lifelong resident of Trumbull County, died at his home near Burghill in Hartford Township early today. He had been ill only a few days, having suffered a stroke Wednesday from which he had never rallied.
Mr. Weeks was born May 8, 1872, in Warren to John and Rhoda Lane Weeks. He was a highly regarded citizen of this vicinity and was well known as an employe of the Western Reserve Lumber Co. from which he retired in February, 1940, after serving the company for 41 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Milo (Mary) Newell of Burghill and Mrs. Edward (Catherine) Frohlick of Greenville, Pa.; three sons, Stewart and John Jr., of Warren and Raymond of Sharpsville; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a brother, George Weeks of Cleveland. His wife, the former Jennie Ellwood, preceded him in death three years ago.
