Bertha Lee Carter Copas, age 78 of Hermitage Springs Community passed away Wednesday morning, May 11, 2011 at the St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN. Remains are at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs.
Funeral Services for Bertha Lee Copas will be conducted Saturday morning, May 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Jimmy Cook officiating. Interment will follow in the Hermitage Springs Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin Friday afternoon from 4 to 9 p.m. and after 8 a.m. Saturday till service time.
Survivors include: Husband, Mitchell Copas of Hermitage Springs Community, daughter & son-in-law, Kathryn (Roger) Langford of Red Boiling Springs, TN, sons & daughters-in-law, Jerry (Pam) Copas of Smyrna, TN, Bradley (Melissa) Copas of Moss, TN, son-in-law, Daniel Carlson of Lakeworth, FL, sister, Jewell Price of Taylorville, IL, 8 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 2 step-great-grandchildren.
