Thelma E. Grafelman , 93, formerly of 142 Urbandale Ave., died Thursday, Jan. 15, 2004, at Washington Christian Village, where she was a resident. Born Feb. 13, 1910, in Annapolis, Md., to David O. and Edith P. McGinn Anthony, she married William A. Grafelman on Feb. 14, 1928, in Peoria. He died on Feb. 18, 1980, in East Peoria.
She also was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
Surviving are one son, LaVern (and Jackie) of East Peoria; one daughter, Patricia (and Frederick) Reinholdt of East Peoria; and one sister, Laura Blackaby of Pekin.
