The first adult death to take place in the homes of the faculty occurred on Saturday afternoon when Miss Ella Bodine passed away at the home of Major and Mrs. Glascock. Miss Bodine was an aunt of Mrs. Glascock and had made her home with the Glascocks for several years. She had been unwell for many months and last spring had spent some time at the Epworth hospital in South Bend. For several weeks she had been confined to her room and it was evident that her strength was slowly failing. She was 67 years of age. On Sunday Major and Mrs. Glascock accompanied the body to Miss Bodine's old home in Paris, Mo., where the burial services took place on Monday.
