Alonzo M. Reading, 83, retired farmer, died early Thursday morning at his home on R.R.5 after an extended illness. He was born in Niles Township and had lived in Delaware County almost all his life. He was the son of the late Ezekial and Sarah Hamilton Reading.
Surviving are two sons, Leonard of Muncie, and William of Marion, Ind.; two daughters, Mrs. George Skinner of Yorktown, and Mrs. Katherine Coderre of Los Angeles, Calif.; 12 grandchildren, and five great-grandchilren.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Parson Mortuary at 3 p.m. Saturday, the Rev. Dewey Hole in charge. Burial will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary.
