Edith Pauline Coverly, age 89, of Port Orange, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012 with her family by her side. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, July 30, 2012, at Daytona Memorial Park Cemetery, 1425 Bellevue Ave, Daytona Beach, Florida. A memorial service will be held at Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Haddonfield, New Jersey at a later date to be announced. Edith was born October 25, 1922, in Camden, New Jersey to the late Johanna and John Keenan. She and her late husband Herb were residents of Florida since 1951. Edith enjoyed traveling with her husband, and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by those that loved her and always remembered in their hearts. Survivors include her daughters, Nancy (Ron) Bigelow, Joan Coverly, Gayle (Ollie) Ayers, and Laurel Coverly; brother, Leonard Keenan; grandchildren, Sandra Bigelow, Carolyn Niosi, Ollie Ayers Jr., Mary Beth Rubin, Diana Kessler, Daniel Kessler, and Abigail Ayers. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren, Anthony Niosi, Maddie Niosi, and Lance Kessler. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to All Saints Lutheran Church, 751 Dunlawton Avenue, Port Orange, FL 32127. Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona Beach.
