Businesswoman. Founder of Toledo's famous "Soup and Such Restaurant." In 1961, Mrs. Timko created a famous spinach salad that has become known world-wide as Betty's Salad. For 35 years she made and served her world-famous salad in her restaurant in Toledo. In 1980, she developed and marketed a line of salad dressings that bears her name. These salad dressings are now available throughout the United States and Canada.
