Mrs. Betty Mize 85, of Rt. 1 Mt. Vernon, died Tuesday
at the UK Medical Center.
She was born on September 8, 1910 in Anderson County, the daughter of Charles and Nannie Stratton Shouse,
and a member of both the Inter City Baptist Church
of Indianapolis and the Buffalo Baptist Church.
Survivors are 1 son, Sherman, 1 daughter, Joy.
1 brother David, 1 sister Louise Tipton,
5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren,
2 great great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband Cecil Mize.
Funeral service will be held at 11 am Friday August 30 at the Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry Profitt officiating.
Burial will follow in the Mize Cemetery.
