Montgomery City, MO - Robert Roland Glass, 60, of Montgomery City, Mo., died Friday, Dec. 13, 1996, at his home.
Funeral servics will be at 7 p.m. today at Schlanker Funeral Home, 207 Danville Rd., Montgomery City, Mo., with the Rev. Mike Leutzinger officiating. Interment will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Rock Island National Cemetery, Moline. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m.today at the funeral home.
Mr. Glass was born on Jan. 22, 1936, in Sterling, the son of Robert Roland and Mildred r. (McKenna) Glass. He married Sandra Lee Ohrberg. He served in the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, and the MIssouri Army National Guard, Warrenton, Mo. He was employed as a truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra of Montgomery City, Mo., six sons, Charles Edward Glass of Wentzville, Mo., Clifford Alan Glass of Montgomery City, Mo., Danny Glass of California, and Robert Glass, Terry Glass, and Willie Glass, all of South Carolina; two daughters, Christina Marie Jensen of Laddonia, Mo., and Cheryl Prosser of South Carolina; two sisters, Delores Lench of tampico, and Bobbette Davis of Phoenix, Ariz.; and two brothers, Ronald Finnicum of Morrison and Jerry Glass of Sterling.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, James McKenna.
