Joseph B Miller and his wife, Catharine Funderburgh, and two of their children who died young were initially buried in the Ft. McKinley Cemetery at the corner of Salem Avenue and Free Pike in Dayton. When Free Pike was widened in 1926, Jacob and Catharine and the children had to be moved. They were reinterred in Dayton Memorial Park, Dayton, OH on Aug 9, 1926
