GREENSBURG RECORD HERALD OBITUARY – 2001 Alison E. Berry, daughter of the late James Robert Chaudoin and Lou Ellen Pierce Chaudoin, was born April 24, 1921 in Green County and departed this life on Monday January 29, 2001 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville. She was 79 years, 9 months and 5 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Elbert Lewis Berry on November 27, 1935, who preceded her in death on July 22, 1987. She is survived by 2 sons and 1 daughter: Joseph Berry, Doyle Berry and Pat Janes, all of Greensburg; 2 sisters: Emma Hall of Greensburg and Mary Rattliff of Summersville; 4 grandchildren: Kim Fulkerson of Georgetown, Todd Whitlow of Greensburg, Brandy Berry of Greensburg, and Melany Forcht of Indiana; 7 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral services for Alison E. Berry were conducted Wednesday, January 31 at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Perkins Cemetery. Rev. Danny Nelson and Rev. Ancil Durrett officiated. Pallbearers were Gary Elmore, Randall Joe Milby, Timmy Jeffries, William Brewer, Eddie Paxton, Ranny Milby, Jerry Scott and David Thompson.
