Joan Lois O'Connor 74 of Woodbridge, VA formerly of Hampshire Co, WV passed away on Wednesday December 1, 2010 at Culpepper Health and Rehab Center, Culpepper, VA.
Born on June 1, 1936 in Levels, WV, she was the daughter of the lateThomas and Edith (Lewis) Watson.
She worked as a salesperson and manager of a jewelry store. She was a member of the Lake Ridge Baptist Church.
Surviving is her husband, Donald M. O'Connor, two daughters, Glenda Kaiser, of Winchester, VA, Teresa Larrick of Maurertown, VA, a son William Foote of Winchester, VA, two brothers, Robert Watson of Baltimore, MD, Frank Watson of Slanesville, WV, a sister, Josephine Shreve of Points, WV, seven grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Joan was preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene Watson and Thomas Watson.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday December 5, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Harold George officiating. Interment will follow in the cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Saturday evening 6-8 at the McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
All arrangements are being handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
