Betty Lou Bacon, 56, Shawnee, daughter of a Waurika resident, died Monday in a Shawnee hospital.
Service will be at noon Wednesday at the Roesch Funeral Home Chapel in Shawnee with Rev. Bill Matthews officiating. Burial wil be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Comanche, under direction of Roesch Funeral Home, Shawnee.
Miss Bacon was born July 19, 1924 in O'Donnell, Texas. She owned and operated a Shawnee beauty shop unitl 1962. She was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church in Shawnee.
Survivors include her mother, Dora Lee Bacon, Waurika; five sisters; Mrs. Eva Harrison, Addington; Mrs. Loyee Parker, Warika; Mrs. Helen Parker, Tyler, Texas; Mrs. Jean Neely, Pascogoula, Miss.; Mrs. Patsy Gorman, Marlow; three brothers; Bill Bacon; Comanche; Sonny Bacon, Addington, and Charles Bacon, Crane, Texas.
