Marriage Bond
Be it Known, That we, William Daugherty as principal, and Henry Bastin as surety, are jointly and severally bound to the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of One Hundred Dollars. The Condition of this Bond is as follows: That, whereas Marriage is intended to be solemnized between the above bound William Daugherty and Sallie B Tinsley. Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct said Marriage, this Bond shall be void; otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect. Dated at Liberty County, this 22nd day of Dec 1885 William Daugherty Henry Bastin

Mrs. Sally B. Daugherty, wife of William Daugherty, died at her home two miles north of here Saturday. A husband and two children, one of which is only about four weeks old, survive.
