Funeral services for Carolyn L. East, 66, of Jeffersonville, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 27, at Coots Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, with cremation to follow. She died Monday, May 23, 2011, at Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was retired from Kroger and the owner of Carolyn Crafts. She loved her pets and ceramics. She was a member of Local 227 Amalgamated Meat Cutters and the First Church of God.
She is survived by her brother, James Reardon and his wife, Lynda, of Charlestown; sister, Edith Smith, of Jeffersonville; nieces, Paula Dalby, of Bountiful, Utah, Pamela Clark, of Nashville, and Trisha Schmidt, of Henryville; three great-nephews; two great-nieces; and a great-great-nephew and niece.
