Myron B. Culp, 90 of Murray died Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Mr. Culp was a WWII Army Veteran and a member of Locust Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 73 years, Erlene Love Culp; a son, Glen Culp, special friend Becky Nance of Murray; a daughter, Betty Atkins, husband Bobby of Murray; four grandchildren, Kim Culp, Chad Culp, Tony Atkins, Greg Atkins and one great-grandchild, Haley Atkins.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie F. and Lela Dunn Culp; three brothers, Milton, J.B., O.B. Culp and a sister, Wilmena Goheen.

Services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M., Friday, May 27, 2011 at Imes-Miller Funeral Home. Bro. Ricky Miller will officiate. Interment will follow at Murray Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive visitors between 5-8 P.M. on Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Brett Nance, Jimmy Pierce and the grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Housden, Keith Williams, Charles Outland, Isaac Allbritten and Hal Allbritten.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: Hospice House c/o MCCH Endowment, 803 Poplar St., Murray, KY 42071.
