Warrensburg Francis R. Baker. 60. of Horicon Road. Warrensburg, a founder of Richard Baker and Sons Lumber Co. died March 24. 1980 in Glens Falls Hospital after a long
illness. Mr. Baker was born Jan. 17, 1920 in Brant Lake, the son of Richard Baker and the late Nellie (Bolton) Baker who died in 1935 He was a longtime resident of Warrensburg He married the former Grace Chase on October 14. 1939
After serving in the Army from 1945 to 1947. Mr. Baker joined his two brothers and father in organizing Richard Baker and Sons Lumber Co. on Schroon River Road He was
a member of the First Baptist church of Warrensburg and the Adirondack Lumberman's Association. Besides his wife and father, he is survived by a sister. Mrs. Albert (Betty) Evans of Warrensburg; two brothers. Bernard and Leonard Baker, both of Warrensburg, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Services were conducted at the Maynard D. Baker Funeral Home 114 Main St., Warrensburg, by Pastor Donald
Adams of the First Baptist Church of Warrensburg Spring interment will be in Brant Lake Cemetery
