Mrs. Emma Annabel - Towlesville — Mrs. Emma Annabel died Saturday morning March 8, at Bath Memorial Hospital. She was 83 years old, and was well known and highly esteemed. In late years she was unable to get out much but was always willing to do her part in helping the church. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Harold Moore, North Cohocton; Mrs. Frank Brookman, Dublin; , Mrs. Kenneth Bowen, Towlesville; and Mrs. Lawrence Stewart, South Howard; and a son, Lawrence Annabel, at home. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Sheppard Funeral Home in Avoca. with burial in Towlesville. Steuben Advocate (March 12, 1948)
