Death cert. was found at the MO SOS site:

SOS site correct when you send a request for a name error. I know they will not correct this one, it is plainly typed Bockman. Only family with proof can make that change. A researcher that has some knowledge about this family has sent this information to me and it has helped with what I had suspected.

This is Jerry. I have some info that might help straighten out some of the confusion. I have been working on the genealogy for family named Quick for years. I used to live in Springfield, Missouri some years ago, so I did actual research. First I will give you some basic info. Harry E Norman was first married to a Isabella E Quick. They were married Oct 29, 1896 in Springfield, Greene Co. Mo. (Book L page 290) Second marriage for Harry E Norman as you already know was to Ellen D Beach on Feb 09, 1902 in Springfield Greene County Mo. (Book O Page 169). After Harry E Norman died Ellen married a Andrew M Rice on May 30, 1932 in Springfield, Greene Co. MO (Book 14 page 108). When Ellen D Rice died she was buried by Harry E, her first husband. Andrew M Rice was married to 3 different women. I won't go into anymore detail. This gets very confusing. It is too bad that people's memories can't be more reliable.

Ruth Madeline Norman was married to Jesse A Bockman on June 15, 1922 in Greene County, Mo. ( Book 3 page 449).
