AHOLA, Mildred Mildred Brown Ahola age 84 of Smyrna died Sunday April 24 , 2011. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday April 27, 2011 at Castellaw Funeral Home Jonquil Chapel with Rev. Dawn Britt officiating. Burial will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at the Georgia National Cemetery. She is survived by; husband, Henry Ahola, Smyrna , Daughters and sons in laws, Diane and Mike Harrell, Macon, Ga., Nancy and Michael Allen, Cartersville, Ga., Sisters, Clara Owens, Richmond, Va, Linda Stratton, Elberton, Ga., Brothers, Benny Brown, Joe T. Brown of Elberton, Ga. and Jack Brown , Douglasville, Ga., Two grandchildren, Christina Allen and Alicia Harrell. One great grandchild, Makiya Allen, several nieces and nephews. She was the Church Secretary for Tillman United Methodist Church for over 14 years and was a member of the church for over 50 years. She worked for the Cobb Board of Elections. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Tillman United Methodist Church. Castellaw Funeral Home, Smyrna in charge of arrangements.
