DR. ALVIN HAROLD LUBIN, 63, of Winnetka, Ill., formerly of Memphis, physician, died Thursday at his home. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Sam Abraham Chapel with burial in Baron Hirsch Cemetery. Canale Funeral Directors has charge. Dr. Lubin , the husband of Bonnie R. Lubin , also leaves three daughters, Heidi Lubin , Leah Lubin and Rachel Lubin and a son, Zaks Lubin , all of Winnetka, and two brothers, Leonard A. Lubin and L. Steve Lubin , both of Memphis.
