He was a sheet metal mechanic with Kemp Sheet Metal.
Joe was preceded in death by wife Rosa Lee Baker of Mesquite, Texas, sister Wanda Jane Stansel of Big Spring, Texas, his dad William Arthur Baker of Greenville, Texas and his grandson Clint.
Survivors are his mother Lucille Combs of Greenville, Texas, son & daughter-in-law Arthur and Judy Baker of Daingerfield, Texas, daughter Deborah Baker of Dallas, Texas, daughter Carolyn Clifton of leonard, Texas; brother Robert Baker and wife Judy of Stephenville, TX; grandchildren, Sarah, Tamara, John and Joe; several nieces and nephews.
