Mary or Maria Weber immigrated from Luxembourg and married Michael Roeser in 1853 or 1854. They had 14 children. After his death in 1881, Maria married Nick Schanen in 1889.

"Maria is in fact in Block 9 Lot 6. Behind the chapel, block just to the east against the fence. She is the last grave on the back of the block 9 right near the fence. It is snapped off and leaning up against the headstone next to her. It is unreadable, but with tin foil I could make out "Maria" The Port Historical Society and the Sexton all have maps."
