GLADYS E. BEANS

Gladys E. Beans, age 90, of Canton, died Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 9, 2004, in Altercare of Canton. Born April 9, 1914, in Hartville, OH. Daughter of the late Charles A. and Alice L. (Smith) Doll. She was a life resident of the Canton area and retired from the Hoover Company after 33 years of service. Member of North Industry Christian Church.

Preceded in death by her husband John F. Beans in 1967; four brothers and a stepson. Survived by two nieces, Theda and Alfreda, both of Canton; three nephews, Ralph, Richard and Charles, all of Canton; one sister-in-law, Lois of Canton; two stepdaughters, Goldie and Ruby; two stepsons, Chester and Floyd; several step grandchildren; and grand nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 13, 2004, at 11 a.m. in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Jeff Franks officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.
