Robert Evans of Thirteenth street, a well known young man, is reported to be seriously ill, suffering from heart trouble. Owing to the nature of the disease, Mr. Evans is unable to lie down, being compelled to sit in a chair almost constantly.

Robert Vincent Evans died this morning at 1:30 o'clock at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Emanuel Evans, on Thirteenth street, New Brighton. Death was due to Bright's disease, from which the deceased had been ailing for five months. He had been confined to his bed for almost six weeks. Mr. Evans was aged twenty-three years and was a potter by occupation, being employed by Sherwood Brothers previous to his illness. The deceased was born and raised in New Brighton and highly esteemed by all who knew him. He was a member of the Nonpareil Athletic Club of Beaver Falls. Mr. Evans is survived by his parents, two brothers and two sisters as follows: Charles and Boyd, Mrs. John Irvin and Miss Geneva.

Time of the funeral will be announced tomorrow.

Funeral services over the remains of the late Robert V. Evans will be held at the family residence on Thirteenth street at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon. The interment will be private in Grove Cemetery.
