Johnnie Faye Henry
Funeral services for Johnnie Faye Henry, 75, of Normangee were conducted Sunday, April 25, 2010, at the Cozart Funeral Home Chapel in Normangee. Bro. Kip Riley and Bro. Sam Manning, pastor of First United Pentecostal Church of Normangee, officiated. Burial followed in the Wealthy Cemetery.

Henry was born Aug. 3, 1934, in Wealthy to Elmer and Lavada (Taylor) Newton, and died Friday, April 23, 2010, at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan. A lifetime resident of the area, Henry was a homemaker, and a member of First Baptist Church of Normangee.

She was preceded in death by husband Audie Henry; parents Elmer and Lavada Newton; and great-granddaughter Sydney Marcantel.

Survivors include three daughters, Janie Marcantel and husband Thomas, DeLois Watson and husband Jim, and Audra Watson and husband Mike, all of Normangee; five grandchildren, Charlotte Wells and husband Shannon, Michael Marcantel and wife Mindy, Jimmy Watson, Colby Watson and Taylor Watson; and five great-grandchildren, Mika Wells, Brayden Wells, Maddie Marcantel, Mylee Marcantel and Maycee Marcantel.

Pallbearers included Jeff Munsey, Jim Seelye, Billy Joe Glover, Michael Marcantel, Larry Don Watson and Ronnie Meadors.

Cozart Funeral Home of Normangee was in charge of arrangements.
