Helen E. Clark, 75, of Rural Route 2 died Monday, June 12, 1995, at Graham Hospital Extended Care Unit in Canton.


Born April 13, 1920, in Liverpool Township, Fulton County, to Perry and Daisy Crosthwaite Arnett, she married Edras D. Clark on March 8, 1946, in Winchester. He survives.


Also surviving are two sons, Roger Clark of rural Lewistown and Lannie Vaughn of Minneapolis; three daughters, Jackie Malin of Oregon City, Ore., Marcia Baldock of rural Cuba and Linda Phillips of Canton; and one sister, Dorothy Clark of Lewistown. One sister, two half-brothers and two great-grandchildren preceded her in death.


She worked for the state of Illinois Comptroller's Office in Springfield for 14 years, retiring in 1982. She was a member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church in rural Lewistown, Rebekah Lodge 566 and was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 5001.


Burial will be in Apple Cemetery.
