Joe Davis was one of a kind. Funny, a practical joker, generous to a fault, and one of the most loving men I ever knew. I had the great honor of calling him Granddaddy Joe. My children called him Paw Joe. We did not share blood but we shared something stronger...love and respect. He married my grandmother one month after I was born.My sister, brother and I always thought of him as our grandfather. He could not have loved us more. I am most grateful that this wonderful man shared my life...that this man was my grandfather.
