Archie's family moved to California when he was two years old. He met and married Dixie Foster in 1937, who he celebrated 59 wonderful and happy years with. He moved to Live Oak, CA., in 1949 where he farmed english walnuts, peaches and prunes before moving to Texarkana in 2005.
Archie is survived by two sons Tom Birmingham of Buna, TX., and Bill Birmingham of Texarkana, TX., and two daughters, Deanna Radtke of Wausau, WI., and Linda Anderson, of Texarkana, TX., 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. He also leaves behind many friends that were honored to know him.
Mr. Birmingham was preceded in death by his wife, Dixie, and his parents, Nute and Leone Birmingham.
