I reviewed the cemetery index files and did not find Tryphena - checking Lucius R. Paige's History of Hardwick, he writes that Sylvanus ans "Triphena" Johnson married 14 Sep 1783 and resided in Barre "at time of his first marriage, and perhaps had children there."
Perhaps she is buried in Barre?
His second wife Lucy is buried beside him at the Hardwick Cemetery.
