DR. A. H. NESBITT DIES FOLLOWING LENGTHY ILLNESS
Physician Prominent in Hamilton and Dayton Retired Two Years Ago
Funeral Services for Dr. Albert H. Nesbitt, 76 years old of 131 Marathon avenue, who died yesterday morning at his home will beconducted privately tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock at his home.
Dr. Nesbill was born on April 26 1851 in Clermont county, Ohio, the son of William and Elizabeth Nesbitt. When 32 years old he was graduated from the Eclectic Medical College of Cincinnati.
Shortly after his graduation in 1882 he was married to Ruth Cole also of Clermont County, Ohio. At that time he set up practice in Hamilton soon becoming a prominent Physician there.
Twelve years ago he came with his family to Dayton and established a practice here. Two years ago he retired from active practice on account of his health after 40 years of Active medical service.
He was a member of Hamilton lodge of the Knights of Pythias and a member of a medical fraternity and was identified prominently with civic and medical movements.
He was survived by his widow Ruth and three daughters: Bessie, Albertina and Fannie Nesbitt, who live at the family home; a son, Russell of Cleveland and two sisters, Mrs Charles Butler of Forth Worth and Mrs. Anthony Valentine of Hamilton, Ohio.
He will be buried in Woodland Cemetery.
