Norma M. Kluesner, 78, died Friday evening in Prairie Memorial Hospital, Prairie du Chien, Wis. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, St. Mary's Catholic Church, McGregor. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Thornburg Funeral Home, where a wake Scripture service will be at 7:30.
Survivors include four daughters, Carol Elsinger of Richardville, Gloria Johnson of Summerland, Calif., Jane Bernard of Monona and Lonnie Judd of Wisconsin Dells, Wis; four sons, James of Dubuque, Loras John of Oak Creek, Wis., Paul of Fayette and Mike of Marquette; three brothers, Raymond Schute of Guttenberg, Marvin Schute of Farley and LaVern Schute of Washougal, Wash; and a sister, Bernice Keller of Waukon.

Rites at McGregor for Normal Kluesner
Mrs. Cyril (Norma) Kluesner, 78, of Marquette died Friday, July 12, 1991 at Memorial Hospital in Prairie du Chien, Wis.
Services were conducted by Father Robert Levenhagen at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 15, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, McGregor, with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation was at the Thornburg Funeral Home, McGregor, where the scripture wake service was held Sunday evening.
Mrs. Kluesner was born May 30, 1913 at Guttenberg to Herman and Louise (Kriesler) Schute. She was married at Guttenberg June 18, 1935 to Cyril Kluesner, who died May 11, 1974. They farmed in Clayton County until retiring. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and St. Mary's Guild.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Cyril (Carol) Elsinger of Rickardsville, Mrs. David (Gloria) Johnson of Summerland, Calif., Mrs. Roger (Janet) Bernhard of Monona, and Mrs. Curtis (Lonnie) Judd of Wisconsin Dells, Wis.; four sons, James (and Sharon) Kluesner of Dubuque, Loras John of Oak Creek, Wis., Paul of Fayette, and Mike (and Randy) of Marquette; 24 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Raymond Schute of Guttenberg, Marvin Schute of Farley and LaVern Schute of Washougal, Wash.; and one sister, Mrs. Bernice Keller of Waukon.
