Deceased Name: Hope Bosarge
Hope Elizabeth Robertson Bosarge, a retired English teacher with the Mobile County Public School System, died Saturday at a local nursing facility. She was 81.

Mrs. Bosarge, a native of Bayou La Batre, was a resident of Mobile.

She taught English at Alba High School, Vigor High School and Mobile County High School, which later became Grand Bay Middle School.

A graduate of Alba High School, she attended Huntingdon College in Montgomery and graduated from Alabama Polytechnic Institute, which later became Auburn University.

Survivors include three children, Gerald Holt Bosarge, Patrick Bosarge Sr. and Ila Hamilton, all of Mobile; five grandchildren; and three great-grandsons.

Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. until the noon memorial service at First United Methodist Church in Bayou La Batre. Arrangements are by Ascension Funeral Service on Hillcrest Road.
