Sister Mary Columba Offerman PBVM, 85, of Mount Loretto Motherhouse, Dubuque, formerly of Ryan, died of congestive heart failure Thursday, Oct. 7, 2004, in Mercy Hospital, Dubuque. Services were 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 11, at Mount Loretto, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Key West. Visitation was held 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Mount Loretto, with a wake service at 7 p.m. Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home, Dubuque, was in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her sisters, Anna Burns, Clementine Young and Cecelia Behan; her brother, Ralph Offerman; and the Sisters of the Presentation.
