Funeral services for Joseph Harold Fraser, 58, will be held at 4 o'clock this afternoon at J. Levy & Bro. Funeral Home. Rev. Harrell A. Rea will officiate and interment will be in Oleander Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be L. P. LeClere, C. H. Meyers, Rex Pate, T. M. Whittington, L. J. Phillips and George S. Bays, Jr.

Mr. Fraser, a native of Newport, Conn., and resident here for ten years, died yesterday afternoon at 12:53 o'clock at St. Mary's Infirmary. He had been in the employ of the Tin Processing Corporation.

Surviving are: His widow, Mrs. Bertha F. Fraser; his mother, Mrs. S. A. Fraser of Santa Barbara Cal., two daughters, Mrs. Lee J. Phillips (Naida Jean) and Mrs. George S. Bays (Bettie Rene), both of Baytown; one son, Lt. Col. Angus M. Fraser of Norfolk, VA.; one sister, Mrs. Ruby Dahney (Dabney?) of Santa Barbara; and three brothers, Russell M. Fraser, Lloyd M. Fraser and J. M. Fraser, all of Middletown, Ohio.

Obituary says he was a native of Newport Connecticut; however, it was Newport, Kentucky. The obituary is incorrect.
