Services for Adam Bedinghaus, 26, Mansfield, formerly of Tyler, are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Directors, Lindale.
Mr. Bedinghaus died June 10, 2011. He was born Oct. 26, 1984. He attended Tyler Junior College and received his BS in Nursing from UT-Arlington. He was a paramedic for the city of Fort Worth.
Survivors include parents, John and Nancy Bedinghaus; brother, Michael; sisters, Laura Hollingsworth, Jenifer Vaught and Kelly Bedinghaus; two nieces and one nephew.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
