Services will be Wednesday for Leodore R Bachand, a resident of Torrance for 48 years. Born Sept. 2, 1913, in Massachusetts, he died Oct. 10, 1998. Leodore was a barber and owned Leo's Shop. A Pearl Harbor survivor, he enjoyed golf and was a member of Seal Beach VFW and the Navy Fleet Reserve. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; three brothers; and two sisters. Mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Margaret Mary Church in Lomita. Interment will be at Green Hills Memorial Park, Rancho Palos Verdes. Gamby Mortuary in Lomita is handling arrangements.
