Mrs. Adele A, Piano, 77, of 421 Eighth St., La Salle died at 5 p.m. Dec. 21 in the Ottawa Care Center, where she resided the past 2 1/2 months.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church in Peru. The Rev. Kevin Gorman O.S.B. will officiate. Burial will be in St. Vincent's Cemetery in La Salle.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with a rosary at 6 p.m.
She was born Aug. 14, 1915, in La Salle to Theodore and Emma O'Kier. She married Anthony Piano on Oct. 11, 1937.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Church and St. Bede Mothers Club.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Antoinette Albert of La Salle; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Verna Albert of La Salle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Anthony; one sister; and one brother.
