Shelby Jean Gilliam age 73, of Lake City, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at the Summit View of Lake City.

Shelby was born on September 27, 1937 to the late Vann and Omie Brandeburg Braden in Anderson County, TN.

Mrs. Gilliam was loved and will be missed by all that knew her.

Shelby is survived by Husband Billy Gilliam of Lake City Son Glenn Gilliam and wife Alice of Clinton Daughter Phyllis Longmire and husband Michael of Lake City Brother Robert Braden and wife Billie of Clinton Sister Wanda Burton and husband Johnny of Lake City Grandchildren Tyler Gilliam and wife Shasta of Clinton Shelby Flores and husband Paul of Knoxville Great Grandchildren Easton Gilliam, Carlos Flores and Jasmine Flores Special Friend Hazel Houck of Lake City Several Nieces and Nephews

The family will receive friend at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City from 1-2PM on Thursday, June 16, 2011 with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Marty Stooksbury officiating.

Interment will follow at the Leach Cemetery in Lake City.Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City in charge of all arrangements.
