Funeral services for Edmond Luther Springer, 75, Born in NC. who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joe Holt, in Frankston Monday right after a brief illness, cause of death: Brain Hemorrhage caused by high blood pressure.
Burial was held Tuesday afternoon 10 Oct 1944, 4 o'clock at the Liberty Hill Cemetery, near Frankston.
The services were conducted by the Rev. Coffman of Palestine. Burial ‘was in the Liberty Hill Cemetery Mr. Springer, a veterinarian, had resided in Frankston for thirty-four years and was a member of the Frankston Church of Christ. Husband of Annie L. Todd Springer
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Holt, Mrs. Homer Heard and Mrs. Frank Bizzell, all o Frankston; four sons) Vandorn Springer of Frankston. Johnny Springer of Houston, Oran Springer of Abilene and Sgt. Luther Springer, somewhere in Ind.
Not sure who gave the info on Death certificate and Obitury but both Grandkids say his name was Edward Luther Springer, and that there brother Drew Edward Bizzell was named after him...on the middle name.
