Lori was born October 12, 1960 in Menomonie, Wisconsin, to Norma (Wyss) and Ray Schlottman. Lori graduated from LeSueur High School, Minnesota in 1979.Lori moved to Texas that same year, and in 1983 married Cliff Crowell. Lori and Cliff retired to Fairfield Bay in 2001.Lori joined the VFW Ladies Auxiliary July1, 2003, serving as Jr. & Sr. Vice President. Shortly after joining the Auxiliary she joined our FFB Color Guard. Lori was also an Arkansas State Convention Color Bearer.Lori was active in the numerous Veterans Programs, taking great pleasure volunteering at the Veterans Hospitals and assisting Veterans families. Her smile, compassion and generosity will be greatly missed by all.Lori was active in the FFB Fire Department Auxiliary, assisting with many golf tournaments, chili cook-offs, and other fund raisers, for the Fire Department.Lori was also active in the FFB Emergency Management organization, assisting with the Local Emergency Planning Committee 2003-2006. She was a great assistant when we assisted the Katrina victims who arrived in FFB.Lori is survived by her husband Cliff Crowell, step-son Tony, step granddaughter JD.Also surviving is her mother, Norma Schlottman, two sisters, Marcia Schlottman, Kim Hudec, all of Texas, one brother Doug (Rachel) Schlottman, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in law, and many, many friends.Lori was preceded in death by her father, Ray Schlottman, and brother Michael Schlottman.
