Lois Gayle Lamey Heintz, daughter of Ralph & Mary Alice Moser Lamey, was born March 21, 1940 at Indiana. She moved with her family to Hermosa Beach, California where she lived for 60 years. At the age of 66, after a brave battle with cancer, Lois passed away at her home on August 12, 2006.
Lois was survived by her husband of 45 years, Merrill Heintz; daughter, Sandra; and two beloved grandchildren.
A Celebration of Mass of Christian Burial was held on August 18, 2006 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Hermosa Beach. Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Park where Lois was laid to rest beside her parents. Four years later when Merrill died, he was lovingly placed beside Lois at Green Hills. Lois's funeral arrangements were handled by White & Day Colonial Mortuary, Redondo Beach.
