Mr. Glaze passed away Sunday, April 12, 2008. He was born in Cordova to Reuben Roosevelt Glaze and Lona Mae Evans. He was a Vietnam veteran having served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was co-owner of Cedar Ridge Veterans Facility in Daviston. He was active in various service organizations and a member of Daviston Baptist Church. He is survived by one sister, Ruby Helton and husband Jimmy of Randolph; three children, Melanie Pritchard, Tina Perdue and Melani Jackson, all of Jemison; seven grandchildren, Briana Perdue, Page Perdue, Haley Perdue, Karlee Pritchard, Camryn Pritchard, Nicole Jackson and Dawn Hafer.
He was preceded in death by one son, Kent Varden.
