Welter, Valerie C. age 80 of Bloomington. November 10, 1925-May 23, 2006. Preceded in death by husband, Norbert; parents; 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Survived by children, Jonathan (Sheryl), Joel (Judy), Linnea Peterson; grandchildren, Kelly, Tyler, Anton; and many loving relatives and friends. Special thanks to all the loving care given by family, friends, the sisters and staff at Our lady of Good Counsel Cancer Home. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 11 AM at the Church of St. Bonaventure, 901 E. 90th St., Bloomington. Entombment Resurrection Mausoleum. Visitation Friday 5-8 PM at Gill Brothers Funeral Chapel, 9947 Lyndale Ave. S., and 1 hour prior to Mass at church.
